The Crieff Highland Gathering AGM took place on Wednesday 5th of April and as is customary Anna McLean stepped aside and Norman O’Neill was officially appointed as the new Chair of Crieff Highland Gathering.
Anna was thanked by the board for her time in the role especially as she guided the Games with her leadership through lockdown and then saw us return last year with a bumper event with an attendance to match. Anna will continue to be an integral part of the Games and will remain on the board. Anna wished Norman the best of luck and hopes he enjoys his time in the Chair as much as she has, it is indeed a great honour and privilege.
Norman has also been a Games board member for 12 years and is well known around Crieff having also been a past Chair of Crieff Round Table. Norman thanked Anna for her warm words and echoed her sentiment it is indeed an honour to take on the role and how expressed how much he was looking forward to it.
